Acupuncture

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to alleviate pain and muscle tightness by targeting trigger points within the body. Unlike traditional acupuncture, dry needling focuses on releasing tension and promoting healing within specific muscle groups, tendons, and connective tissues.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves placing specialised cups on the skin to create suction. This suction gently lifts the skin and underlying tissues, creating space and promoting blood flow to promote healing and circulation. Cupping therapy is often used in conjunction with other forms of therapy, such as acupuncture and massage, to enhance its benefits.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), is a highly effective and non-surgical treatment option for musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. It utilizes acoustic waves to stimulate the body's natural healing process, promoting tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and relieving pain.

Eleni is one of the most professional and caring Physio I’ve met. As a second language speaker, I found her extremely informative and patient with her clients. She never hesitated to spend more time to treat your condition or explain her proposed therapy. I sincerely suggest Eleni to become your Physio.
